At Viani Milano, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury fashion collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unworn items with all original Viani Milano tags attached back into their original protective packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our Milan atelier, your refund will be processed.
